Ingredients Reequired :

2 cans black beans, undrained, divided
1 jar chunky salsa
1 teapoon bottled minced farlic
1 small onion, chopped
nonstick cooking spray
1 cup reduces sodium chiken broth
4 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/3 cup plain yogurt ( optional )
1/4 teaspooon crushed red pepper flakes ( optional )
fresh cilantro leaves


How To Make:

1. Add 1 can of beans with water and broth into bleder, blend until smooth
2. Coat a large pot with cooking sray, heat over medium heat to high
3. Add garlic and onion and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the onions soft
4. Add bean mixture that has been blended, then enter slsa, lemon juice, cumin and crushed red chili already, simmer
5. Reduce the flame to low heat, stirring occasionally for 15 to 30 minutes
6. Serve topped with yogurt, garnished with coriander leaves
7. Ready dijasikan
